@AndrewBaileyUK: Just got back from WAR and it seems alot of people are asking why I would take a superkick to help Frankie and then ignore him when he was attacked... The answer is quite simple, Hero deserved to lose tonight. Whenever I am in the ring with him, I will do anything in my power to make sure he loses. As for helping Frankie? Where was he when I was getting attacked every week for 3 months? No one helped me and I got stronger from it. You guys know how hard I have worked to get where I am now, I didn't have it handed to me!

@AndrewBaileyUK: I went to Bannatynes Gym today and got a good welcome, few people figured out the dragon and waited to get autographs. Looks like even Hero's hometown is turning against him. Anyway, I had a good workout and then had a look around the Durham CCC stadium. As I was coming away I got startstruck and asked for someones autograph! #LGV
